From New Haven: Interstate 95 North to Exit 51, Frontage Road / Saltonstall Parkway towards East Haven US-1. Continue straight on Route 1 for about two miles. Back To Health is on the Left side of the street before the McDonalds.
From Madison: Interstate 95 South to exit 54. At end of exit turn left onto Cedar Street. Turn right on Route 1 for about 5 miles. You travel past Walmart, Starbucks, and Honda. Back To Health is on the right side of the street next to the McDonalds.
From Hartford: Interstate 91 South towards New Haven, Exit Left to Interstate 95 North to New London. Continue on I95 North to Exit 51, Frontage Road / Saltonstall Parkway towards East Haven US-1. Continue straight on Route 1 for about two miles. Back To Health is on the Left side of the street before the McDonalds.
